⚡ Why the 1,850 CFM Industrial Blower Changes Everything

The Vertical Horizontal Tornado is engineered around a 1,850 CFM industrial blower — the same class of motor used in commercial air movers and restoration equipment. This high-static-pressure blower doesn’t just produce ozone — it forces ozone under pressure throughout the entire treatment space: into wall cavities, under flooring, through HVAC ducts, and deep into porous materials like drywall, wood framing, and carpet padding.

Unlike consumer-grade units built with cheap mica plates or low-grade ceramics that burn through and degrade over time, Bio3Blaster uses high-temperature quartz/ceramic dielectric cells — no plate replacements, no output degradation over time. Combined with the patented dual-position design, the result is complete space saturation whether you’re treating standard rooms vertically or directing ozone into crawl spaces and HVAC systems horizontally.

Patented Pressurizing Technology

A significant advance in professional ozone treatment technology

What is an Ozone Pressurizing Cannon?

It is the unique technology that we developed and patented for use in our Green Bedbug, Mold Remediation and Get Sanitized business systems. We believe it represents a significant advance in professional ozone treatment — giving contractors the ability to force ozone gas into the nooks, crannies, crevices, and cul-de-sacs in a structure that conventional ozone treatment cannot reach.

By putting a structure under a few foot pounds or inches of pressure, the gas gets forced into wall cavities and hidden spaces — places where microbes, mold, bacteria, bugs, and other pests can hide.

What is Positive Pressurization?

Positive pressure is a pressure within a system that is greater than the environment that surrounds that system — air will flow out of the room instead of in. This is often used in hospitals to prevent microorganisms from entering a pressurized area.

In our invention, positively pressurized ozone gas finds its way into the hidden spaces in a residential or commercial structure, reaching and destroying organisms, mold, spores, viruses, bacteria, and other pests and odors that standard treatment cannot access.

In 2002, scientists at Los Alamos National Laboratory demonstrated that residential and commercial structures contain nooks, crannies, crevices, and cul-de-sacs that prevent liquid-based disinfectants and conventional pesticides from penetrating into them. They recommended that any remediation attempt include a gas-out at the end, as only a gas has the capacity to penetrate these hidden spaces.

Positive pressurization takes this concept further — it literally forces the gas into these hidden, hard-to-reach spaces rather than relying on passive diffusion.

Positive pressurization forces gas outward through the building envelope and into hidden areas

Positive pressurization reaches contamination that standard ozone treatment cannot — forcing ozone into every hidden space in the structure.
