Our Story

The Bio3Blaster team is dedicated to designing and manufacturing professional-grade commercial ozone generators for real-world contractor use. We hand-build each machine in Elyria, Ohio, and are committed to making our machines practical, durable tools for restoration contractors, property managers, and commercial cleaning professionals.

Our product designer is a nationally recognized foundation waterproofing and mold remediation expert who, after many years of using every major brand of ozone generator, was frustrated with their durability, output, and functionality in real job conditions.

Over 15 years ago, he disassembled the broken ozone generators piling up on his repair shelf — more than a dozen units from nearly as many manufacturers. Every one was built nearly identically: a bent piece of sheet metal with a small computer fan on one end, and transformers and plates interrupting the airflow. Most used cheap mica plates or low-grade ceramics that burn through quickly, degrade over time, and require frequent replacement.

That’s when Bio3Blaster was born. We set out to build ozone generators the way they should be built — using high-temperature quartz/ceramic dielectric cells that don’t burn through, combined with 1,850 to 5,900 CFM industrial blowers, short-proof transformers, and durable powder-coated cases. Machines built for daily contractor use where others fail.
